CHECK THE DATE IS AVAILABLE
Fill out the Enquiry form with your event date and other details. We'll respond to your inquiry promptly to let you know if we're available for your event. Our diary does fill fast and we limit our diary to 100 events per year to ensure our clients get the very best service. We take bookings up to 3 years in advance and can at times offer short notice cover - it's always worth a message.
GET A QUOTE
Once we confirm our availability, we'll provide you with a detailed quote, via email, that includes all the services you've requested. This quote will be tailored to your specific event, so you can be sure you're getting an accurate price that won't change. This will include a breakdown of the booking fee and final balance and any sundry costs involved.
COMPLETE THE ONLINE BOOKING FORM
If you like the quote and are interested in booking our services, we've made it easy for you with our simple online booking form. When you receive your personalized quote, it will include a link to the booking form. Once you've completed the form, you'll be added to our booking system and given a confirmation email, access to our planner and a copy of your contract.
